1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the original packaging and the same condition as received.
- Unused, unworn, and with all original tags/accessories.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Shipping Costs for Returns
- Defective or Damaged Items: If the product is defective (excluding intentional damage), we will provide a prepaid return label and cover all shipping costs.
- Non-Quality Returns: For personal reasons (e.g., changed your mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
3. How to Start a Return

- Once approved, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
- Note: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
4. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
5. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Due to safety regulations, returns involving hazardous materials or flammable liquids are also restricted.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
